Shipping logistics Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.

Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. Climate neutral shipping Our shipping is climate neutral. This means that we offset the CO2 emissions of our shipping. For all items except for Teufel gift cards, we offer an additional contractual return period which enters into force the day after the statutory return period expires, for a total of eight weeks after receipt of the product. Your statutory return period is not effected by this.
