In terms of ease of use and design, Teufel has delivered a solid speaker with the One M. This model is easy to set up, fits into virtually any room, becomes part of a multiroom system in no time, and has a premium look. (...) If you like a warm sound signature, with an emphasis on the low and midrange, this is an enjoyable speaker for use in, for example, a study or bedroom.

Before even listening, we can praise the sound architecture of the product. The Teufel One M integrates four tweeters facing in different directions, two midrange drivers pointing forward, a dedicated woofer for bass reproduction, and two passive radiators that further enhance the low-end response. That’s not all, as the speaker uses a Cirrus Logic digital-to-analogue converter, but above all a dedicated class D amplifier for each driver. In listening, it does indeed have something going on. We don’t get an instant wow effect that plunges us straight into a torrent of audiophile bliss, but the Teufel One M knows how to hold back the spectacular in order to be better appreciated over time.
